Express Booklet Printing
Booklets, brochures, manuals, programmes, order of service or any other item that needs multiple pages can take a lot of time and effort to produce. Ai Printers can print A4 and A5 booklets with very short notice and pleased to do so.
Stapled booklets are printed in full colour or black & white on to a wide range of paper and card.
Common sizes are A5 and A5 booklets with up to 48 pages including cover (Contact us if you have a booklet of more pages). Custom size and square booklets are available. Our booklets are portrait orientated and neatly trimmed and stapled.

Same Day Binding
Document Binding in Epsom
Don’t get in a bind with binding! We have many types of binding and finishing available. We are always happy to advise you on the best method of binding for your project.
Folding and stitching/stapling
Suitable for simple booklets and brochures.
Perfect/PUR binding and hardback binding
Suitable for short to large run books and publications. Pages are glued into the spine. We recommend a minimum of 40 pages. Paperback books can be printed with full colour covers with the option of lamination.
Single dissertation or thesis perfect/hardback binding is available on request and has a 1-2 day turnaround (subject to availability and work load).

Visit our print shop or email your artwork to us and we can digitally print business cards same day or within 24 hours. Come to us before 1pm Monday to Friday and your cards will be printed SAME DAY. You can supply your own print-ready artwork or choose from our wide range of professional ready-made designs.
Full colour quality business cards printed on premium 400gsm uncoated white board or coated silk, premium card stocks such as Conqueror available, single or double sided.

Same Day Flyers
Lithographic or offset printing is the cheapest and quickest production method for larger quantities of leaflets, flyers and brochures. Litho printing is considered to be the ‘Traditional’ method of large volume printing using liquid ink, print plates and offset rollers. Litho printing is the only choice of printing Pantone spot colour can be applied to a wide range of papers and larger size leaflets and brochures.

Ensure you make the best first impression to your clients. The thin coating of plastic lamination film will enhance to appearance of leaflet and feel very special. The laminate gives the card a smooth sheen finish and will be far more durable and long lasting compared to standard finish which is great for items that endure wear and tear such and restaurant menus and price lists.

Same Day Poster Printing
Ai Printers poster printing will bring artwork to life. We produce all types of large format posters such as Point-of-sale, special events, exhibition displays, large photographs, charts, maps and wedding seating plans. We use the latest large format machinery to produce A2, A1 and A0 posters as well as custom sizes.
We also print architectural plans and charts on demand.
Posters are printed out of eight colours and gives the widest colour gamut available. The standard stock for poster printing is 190gsm photo satin finish paper to give a great result every time!

Same Day Scanning
We offer a wide format scanning service with competitive prices and rapid turnaround times, usually while you wait.
Our roller fed scanner can scan up to a 914mm (36in) wide and unlimited (within reason) length. More commonly, our large format scans range from A2 to A0. This is ideal for large posters, plans and artwork on thin non-rigid material. The scans can be saved as PDFs, TIFFs or JPGs and copied directly onto your USB memory stick or drive.
